Location and ease of access are important for expats who work in Bangkok’s CBD. It may be that they are more practical than picky in their search for a place to live. Sathorn is often their preferred area, and Yenakart makes a great choice.
The Yenakart / Sathorn District
Yenakart is a quiet, green area that is centrally located in Bangkok. It has easy access to Rama 3 Expressway and Rama 4 Road as well as Sathorn Road and Narathiwat Road.
It is important to know that Yenakart can be reached by three different points from the public transport network in Bangkok. Chong Nonsi BTS station is the original and is located only five minutes away from central Yenakart. The Lumpini Metro (MRT) station is located close to Q-House Lumpini, a 38-storey building on the corner Sathon-Rama 4 road. Residents can walk to most of the condos in this article from Q-House within 15 minutes. Yenakart BRT station, which opened just recently on the Bangkok BRT Line, is also a good option.
Let’s now look at the types of accommodation in Yenakart.
